About Jem Tugwell
Jem's 20–year track record in the investment management sector includes co-founding the successful multi-million pound software business, CAfIT Limited, in 1997, identifying an opportunity for a new generation of buyside asset management solutions. Under Jem's joint-management, CAfIT became the leading supplier of fixed income, derivatives and balanced fund solutions, and in 2007, CAfIT was sold to Odyssey Financial Technologies, where Jem headed up the Investment Management division for the next two years, completing the integration of the Investment Management product suite into Odyssey's portfolio in 2009. Jem set up Jem Tugwell Associates in 2009 to pursue his consultancy interests.
